Ben Blakesley

After more than 3 years on hiatus as a solo recording artist, Ben has released a new album, You and Me, a collection of 5 songs of the most intimate nature. With the release of You and Me, Ben has positioned himself as the most prominent of the Javboy artists. It makes perfect sense seeing as Ben formed the label himself as an outlet for his music. "I started the whole thing just to have fun and make the music that means so much to me."
Since then, he has blossomed into more than just an artist. Ben is the chief engineer and producer of nearly every Javboy recording. "I love music. I love everything about it. The way it makes you feel when you listen to it, the way you feel when you make it. Everything."
Ben has taken that love of music and turned into the philosophy behind Javboy. "I just want to put as much music out there as possible. Music I can really be proud to have taken part in."
